This boss has been specially created for the convention, and to confront it, you can choose one of the twelve characters (one from each class) and create a team of 4 players! The characters, all level 150, will be equipped with their class set and a pre-defined weapon. Once ready for combat, you’ll have thirty minutes to defeat the monster! Those who emerge victorious from their battle will receive a unique item for their character, allowing them to show everyone that they have more hair on their chest than the YeCh'Ti himself!
Note: the YeCh’Ti fight is only open to DOFUS PREMIUM members and holders of an AC#5 Premium Pass.
Make the most of the weekend to book your Premium Pass and its collector’s goodies on Ankama Shop! After Wednesday March 17, payment will no longer be possible by cheque or transfer, but will still be possible by bank card.

This ever-popular game takes place at each Ankama Convention and sees 5 players face off against 5 DOFUS developers (including the mighty Lichen) to answer questions (in French) about all things DOFUS.
If the players win a round, they win prizes. However, if they lose a round, the Devs will spin the dreaded Wheel of Nerf to see which class will be “balanced” in the next update!
This year, all spectators present at the Main Stage can attend the DevQuizznator for a chance to qualify for the DevQuizz! A giant quiz will be organised for teams, with each wrong answer immediately eliminating the whole team. The last remaining team will be invited up on stage to answer some more knockout questions, until there are only 5 participants remaining...

We therefore decided to organise a competition to make it possible for you, our dear players, to win some passes to ANKAMA CONVENTION #5! And even if you can't make it to Paris for the convention, you can still receive an action-packed goodie bag stuffed with exclusiveconvention swag!
Here's how you can participate:
Write a story about a DOFUS guild. It doesn't matter if it's about your real in-game guild, or about a DOFUS guild you've just invented in your imagination. For example, you could tell the story of how your DOFUS guild was formed, or describe your guild's most epic confrontation. Let your creativity be your guide, and don't be afraid to write the story from the point of view of your character!
This story should not be more than 500 words, and must be submitted on the special thread created on the official forums (EN or UK) between March 4th, 2010 and 9 AM GMT+1 March 15th, 2010. You can also find a link to the official contest rules on the forums.
The stories that our jury finds the most original, well-written, and humorous will win a Premium Pass to ANKAMA CONVENTION #5, or the special goodie bag associated with the pass!

Today, we will answer that question!
As we've explained on the forum and on the devblog, we are taking deliberate steps to make sure this migration isn't done too hastily, so that DOFUS 2.0 can be fully operational before all DOFUS players migrate to this version.
The 2.0.1 update has resolved many performance problems; we can continue to move forward to achieve our future objectives. In fact, we believe that version 2.0 (while not yet totally bug-free) is ready to welcome all DOFUS players.
So, as BillFR announced in his interview in Inside Ankama #2, we have set a date for the first server migration: on March 9th, 2010, the server known as Many will be the first guinea pig, err, bold adventurer to step from 1.29 into 2.0.
After this first migration, we want to proceed carefully and take whatever time is necessary to remove any unforseen problems. We will take two weeks after this migration to ensure that the server is functioning properly. If all goes well, the migration of other servers will proceed in gradual steps.
Our goal is to move all of the servers to DOFUS 2.0 before ANKAMA CONVENTION #5, we hope to see you all there!
