According to the Vgoldzone customer service’s memories, there was a pseudonym for ‘customer’ came online whose remarks were very weird. First he said he had a following orders need to be processed.  According to the information he provided customer service found no order at all. The next day this person came online again for another pseudonym ‘Applicant’. He said that would like to have a job on Vgoldzone and demanded a free gold as a reward. The customer service girl thought it was a joke guests, she politely refused. But the word ‘Applicant’ left before departure really shocked the timid girl. The next day Vgoldzone’s website had a problem, there’s no way to open a web page, or was unable to updat the page or place the order. Online services there is no way to enter. Therefore Vgoldzone received a large number phone and letter complaints from guests included the attack who called Vgoldzone a scam.
