According to the Vgoldzone customer service’s memories, there was a pseudonym for ‘customer’ came online whose remarks were very weird. First he said he had a following orders need to be processed.  According to the information he provided customer service found no order at all. In order to be prudent, customer service girl informed the Finance Department to verified whether it is left out one order for ‘customer’. Both parties have confirmed that there was really no such orders. Therefore most good conjecture was that this ‘customer’ placed an order on other sites but came to the wrong place. Customer Service adviced ‘customer’ to check and made sure his order, but this angry man stated Vgoldzone scam then offline.

The next day this person came online again for another pseudonym ‘Applicant’. He said that would like to have a job on Vgoldzone and demanded a free gold as a reward. The customer service girl thought it was a joke guests, she politely refused. But the word ‘Applicant’ left before departure really shocked the timid girl. He stated he would let Vgoldzone pay for him for refusal. Although there are lots of such boring guests everyday, customer service girls nerver put the joking word in mind. They did not know the ‘Applicant’ would practice his word.

The mystery customer came online for the third time 3 days later. This time he used ‘Attacker’. He had no communication with the customer service girl, all the dialogue is only one sentence: Tomorrow is your dead day!

The next day Vgoldzone’s website had a problem, there’s no way to open a web page, or was unable to updat the page or place the order. Online services there is no way to enter. Therefore Vgoldzone received a large number phone and letter complaints from guests included the attack who called Vgoldzone a scam.

Fortunately, Vgoldzone’s network maintenance department carried out inspections timely to recover web pages within 24 hours and enhance the anti-hacking features of web. The incident caused tremendous loss, but also taught Vgoldzone to improve security awareness.

The past few days that the attacker appeared again, named himself ‘Destroyer’. Vgoldzone has been traced to the attacker’s IP, but Vgoldzone is not going to trace on the matter in the end, the manager of Vgoldzone said ‘this is just a young mistake committed by a young man. Vgoldzone remind their peer competitors to be care for such extreme gamers.
